We are currently looking for a DEVELOPMENT (HUNTING) AND SALES MANAGER (Dutch/FRENCH/ENGLISH)

Job description

As a development (hunting) and sales manager, you will be also responsible for prospection of new customers and the following of your existing clients. Your task will cover hunting, sales, and production following.

Tasks

You are in charge of:

  • Identifies leads, manages prospects and acquires new, profitable commercial business over an established monthly revenue amount.
  • Maintains and retains existing customers. Builds long-term relationships with current and prospective customers
  • Prepares and delivers sales presentations and follows up with key decision makers.
  • Serve our clients with the best possible balance between creativity, quality, lead-time and budget.
  • Lead all the projects internally:
    • having contacts with our internal sales and creative teams in order to develop recommendations and creative concepts
    • Responsible for the quality of all the project
  • Follow-up of projects’ planning

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a premiums and gifts agency or a communication agency is A MUST
  • Technical knowledge in production and printing
  • Previous experience in team management is a plus
  • Strong leadership
  • Strong sales skills (hunter minded)
  • Languages: Dutch / French / English (Dutch as mother language is a must)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and persuasive ability
  • Project management focus, detailed focus
  • High communication profile (commercial and convincing capacities)
  • Hard worker, open and positive mind
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Other skills: flexible, organized, analytical, accurate, creative, team player, assertive, strong communicator
